Phases of recruitment
First, we initiate a call or video chat with you. This conversation helps us understand each other’s role expectations, financial benefits, and your capabilities.
If a decision is made in your favour, we will offer a contract and go through a trial period, during which you will be able to prove yourself. We want to get to know you while you are exploring us.
We work closely together from start to finish, trying to make each other successful and sharing our skills. Regular communication and feedback help us move the project forward.
